Rounded shoulders

Spending large amounts of time on the computer, scrolling through your phone, driving and working with your hands out in front of you can lead to rounded shoulders.

​

The muscles through the front of your chest gradually begin to tighten over time pulling your shoulders forward.

 

This chronic tension on the muscles and structures of your neck and upper back cause them to lengthen and weaken.
