Strength Training Video
All of the training plans include strength training sessions.

During this phase of your training strength training is important to indirectly improve your performance through the development of your core strength as well as the structure and function of your ligaments and tendons.
The basic circuit outlined in the video below is a very time efficient and effective training session that can be done at home or at the gym with minimal equipment.
Check out the comprehensive PADDLE STRONG E-book and E-Plans specifically for kayaking that was used by 2014 & 2015 World Multisport Champion Jess Simson if you would like to integrate more strength training into your training plan.
