To move forward you must look back

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.

This is how most people approach their training. If you truly want to improve and move forward with your training you need to change the things that are not working and keep the things that are.

The only way you can know what is and is not working is to sit down and review your past training.
